Job Description:

**This work location is a home office. Any qualified U.S. worker will be

permitted to work out of a home office within the same Metropolitan

Statistical Area.

Will lead a consulting team in the planning, analysis, development, and

testing of software applications to meet client expectations and

requirements. Will investigate current business processes to identify

problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficiencies for

improvement. Will support the development of written specifications

(such as system description documents and use case documents) to capture

business process requirements. Will assign tasks to project members and

review the team’s work products to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Will lead the analysis and documentation of customer requirements and

contribute to the design and delivery of solutions. Will apply concepts,

principles, methodology, prescribed techniques, and tools to analyze

requirements and determine functionality. Will assign project tasks,

including installing and configuring software, workflow design,

customization, GUI development, testing, debugging, data migration,

integration, and deployment. Will also assign responsibility for tasks

and decisions, set clear objectives and measures, and monitor process,

progress, and results. Will provide direction concerning infrastructure

and configuration requirements. Will review team's work products to

ensure their accuracy, consistency, and that they meet client

requirements. Will create an overall design and support the development

of the solution, its integration, testing, and installation.

Eduvcation & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics

or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5

years of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience in the

manufacturing industry or, alternatively, a Master's degree and 3 years

of experience as stated above.

Also requires:

(1) Demonstrated expertise leveraging multi-tier Product Data Management

(PDM) Web-based systems to architect, design, and implement re-usable

software components;

(2) Demonstrated expertise upgrading and migrating large, complex legacy

systems and PLM applications;

(3) Demonstrated experience mentoring and providing technical guidance

to software implementation professionals; and,

(4) Demonstrated expertise integrating different systems by leveraging

three or more of the following: Info-Engine, SOAP, Web Services and J2EE

based web applications.
