Job Responsibilities: Lead small and mid-market client engagements Develop optimal benefits strategies based on client
objectives Develop compliant and cost-effective solutions Collaborate with Global team members to develop and deliver
comprehensive client management strategy Review , approve and deliver client presentations and
recommendations Provide best practice guidance to clients Provide mentorship to Associate Consultants and Analysts as
appropriate. Provide routine feedback on work and technical
skills Lead Expat and Business Travel engagements Support Senior Consultants on larger engagements Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Graduate degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of related business work experience 3-5 years Global Benefits consulting experience Project management experience Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to
detail Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and
presentation design Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative Proficiency in a foreign language preferred Sound understanding of: Cross-border plans and markets,;
Cross-border compliance; Multinational pooling; Health and welfare
benefits practice in primary global markets; Extraterritoriality of
US laws and regulations Familiarity with key features of EU regulations affecting
benefits, retirement plans in primary global markets and offshore
retirement savings solutions Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and
