Associate Strategic Resource Manager (ASRM) Job Description: The Manager, Strategic Resources plays a vital
role in the growth and development of our sales culture. Reporting
directly to the SRM, the ASRM assists Management and Producers with
achieving their goals and providing solutions to common
communications issues. The ASRM is partly responsible for educating
Producers on the tools and resources that Messer Financial has to
offer and should be familiar with the best practices of each. Position Responsibilities – Sales Enablement: • Interface directly with Location Managers, Producers,
Prospects, and Clients to present value adds and benefits in sales
meetings and new business pitch environments. • Manages development of scrubbed lead lists, RFPs, capabilities
presentations, benchmarking reports, premium volume stats, and sell
sheets. • Ability to develop and execute vertically driven sales
campaigns used on Producer's needs. Tech Tools and Resources: • Serves as the main point of contact for all Producer and
Client facing tools and resources. • Presents in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for
individual Producers and office locations. • Serves as the main point of contact for MESSER FINANCIAL
intranet system assisting with navigation and posting regional
content. • Works directly with third party vendors and receives regular
corporate training. • Interfaces with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to onboard new
Producers and acquired locations to promote their joining MESSER
FINANCIAL. Marketing: • Interacts with corporate Marketing & Communications in the
creation of and execution of advertisements, microsite, email
blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presence. • Develops customized marketing collateral in the Adobe CC Suite
of Applications (primarily InDesign) • Interfaces with the BizDev Team in the development and
execution of Producer Call Campaigns. • May be asked to manage, plan, and execute portions of MESSER
FINANCIAL participation at trade shows and other events. Administration: • Assists SRM Team with management of tools & resources
including activation of new accounts, reporting, data mining,
troubleshooting and tracking utilization. • Manages CRM sales reports and auditing integrity of data. • Serves as a general problem solver and navigator for employees
looking for MESSER FINANCIAL resources. • Minimal travel may be required. Factors for Success: • College Degree or proven successful experience in a similar
role. • Prior experience in the Property & Casualty or Employee
Benefits Insurance Industries. • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite of Applications
(Excel, Word, PPT). • Above average proficiency in the Adobe CC Suite of
Applications (primarily InDesign). • Experience working with a CRMand Marketing Automation
Software. • A Demonstrated 'Marketing Solutions' mindset. • Creative problem solver and critical thinker with the ability
to break complex issues into attainable goals and simple
solutions. • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the
ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and
technical resources. • Proven organizational skills. • The ability to build solid rapport with management and
