Job Description:
Duties: Will implement and support world-class financial systems
solutions for domestic and international Fidelity entities with an
understanding of Fidelity’s Procure to Pay needs, Oracle Procure to Pay modules
and functionality, and business unit-specific requirements. Will
drive technical solutions and lead initiatives for design and
development of IT solutions based on business requirements. Will lead initiatives
for Procurement and Payables IT implementation with a
cross-enterprise focus. As a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle P2P
Team, will work collaboratively with business and technical team members in
several different countries. Primary Responsibilities: • Architect, design and build end-to-end invoice processing automation solutions for Fidelity. • Work with end users, business management and technical teams
to lead the analysis of business and systems requirements and to
document and communicate these requirements effectively. • Evaluate requirements and business processes and make recommendations for improvement • Recommend solutions, either system or procedural, to meet
the business needs. • Develop and execute test plans • Manage issues through to resolution • Primary liaison between technical and business teams, both on-
and off-shore • Serve as subject matter expert in the areas of Procure to Pay
for Fidelity, including Oracle Accounts Payable, iProcurement,
iExpense, Oracle Imaging and Process Management IPM 10g, Oracle WebCenter Content
Imaging (with Oracle Applications Release 11i, R12 must), Oracle Fusion
Middleware, SOA Suite, BPEL. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Math or Physics (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) as well
as 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience
implementing Oracle WebCenter Imaging and Oracle Fusion Middleware. Experience must
include: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) implementing Oracle Fusion
Middleware according to SOA and ADF frameworks; DE building workflow
solutions and integrations between disparate applications using BPM and
implementing web services using BPEL; DE in WebLogic administration and web
services and security implementation using Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle
Access Manager and Microsoft Active Directory; DE in Oracle e-business
Suite Release 11i/R12 to implement financial modules (AP, iExpense,
and sub ledger accounting), and utilizing EBS data model and
