Job Description:
Triage, fixes, and performs root cause analysis for production
support incidents of workflows, service centers, event
notifications, and imaging systems. Gathers, analyzes, designs,
documents, develops, configures, and tests business process
workflows. Integrates and automates BPM workflows using automation
tools and applications. Primary Responsibilities: Performs complex technical and functional analysis for multiple
projects supporting several workflow initiatives. Develops original and creative technical solutions to new and
on-going workflow development efforts. Develops comprehensive technical documentation including, system
requirements analysis documents, technical systems design
documents, data maps, and test plans. Designs and develops service request and messages, and two-way
communication workflow systems. Designs, develops, and supports service center enhancement
projects (portal release projects). Develops complex workflows. Integrates with service center and other applications and
automation tools. Automates workflows using Blue Prism automation tool. Builds new agents and modifies existing agents. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project. Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation. Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing. Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems. Provides ongoing support to identify and resolve workflow
production incidents. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance,
Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a
closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job
offered or three (3) years of experience performing comprehensive
systems design and development -- documentation, analyzing systems
requirements, and testing -- using Business Process Management
(BPM) tools. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business
Administration, Mathematics, or a closely related field and one (1)
year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience
performing comprehensive systems design and development --
documentation, analyzing systems requirements, and testing -- using
Business Process Management (BPM) tools. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing and developing end-to-end
workflows in desktop and client facing Web applications to build a
workflow communication system between client and operation teams,
using Administration and Camunda. DE developing Robotic Processing Automation, and re-engineering
workflows to analyze strengths and weakness of multi-systems
solutions within an intermingled system environment with
multi-layer complexities using Blue Prism automation tool. DE developing rules that aid in account opening automation;
configuring business rules using Decision Center Tool; deploying
business rules to work environments, using Release Management tool
and uDeploy; and testing the end-to-end functionality of rules
enhancements, including initiating forms processing in Wealthscape,
document submission in Wealthscape, and validating output. DE gathering and interpreting business, functional, and
technical requirements to support the building or enhancement of
account opening, account maintenance, and money movement
applications by interacting with end users or end-user
representatives to define, interpret, and clarify the scope of
complex business requirements and process issues into logical use
cases -- epics and stories -- within a financial brokerage
environment; and performing GAP analysis and creating current and
