Job Description:
Designs and develops Salesforce applications and Web pages for
desktop and mobile applications using Web frameworks (Lightening
Web Components and Angular) and technologies (JavaScript, ReactJS,
HTML, and CSS). Supports the growth and client experiences, using
the Salesforce Platform, Configuration, Salesforce APIs, Apex
Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals,
Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Platform events. Develops
Lightning Applications combining Lightning Design System, Lightning
App Builder, and Lightning Web Component features. Facilitates,
influences, and negotiates with stakeholders using the Salesforce
CRM platform. Performs large scale system implementation,
integration, and data conversion. Provides business solutions by
developing complex or multiple software applications. Primary Responsibilities: Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts. Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in
multiple platforms. Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several
divisional initiatives. Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation. Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing. Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
supporting several corporate initiatives. Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems. Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project. Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3)
years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of
experience designing, developing, automating, and architecting
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for financial
services companies, using Salesforce CRM Platform. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or
one (1) year of experience designing, developing, automating, and
architecting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for
financial services companies, using Salesforce CRM Platform. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) delivering CRM solutions in a
financial services domain, using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Tableau CRM,
Marketing Cloud platforms, and Apttus CPQ. DE performing Salesforce development -- configuring and
performing workflow development; implementing flows and process
builder and writing scripts, using APEX, Visual Force, Triggers,
Aura, Platform Events, Action Plans, REST and SOAP services (for
integrations), and LWC for (Salesforce user interface
customization); and developing front-end Web applications, using
HTML 5, CSS3, jQuery, and Angular. DE in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) --
performing DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
(CI/CD), using Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, and Salesforce DX. DE architecting, developing, and deploying, using -- AWS
Console, AWS Elastic Bean Stock, and Command Line Interface;
architecting UI and backend applications using deployment
principles -- immutable infrastructure and event driven
architecture; and creating core services -- S3, EC2, Lambdas, and
