Job Description:

Performs all phases software development on thick client and Web-based applications, and Web Services (WCF) on Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. using C# and WPF applications, and MVVM and WCF services. Develops and supports multiple applications using Angular 9+. Develops, test, and debugs REST and SOAP APIs. Provides business solutions by developing complex software applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs applications or subsystems for associate desktops across multiple platforms.

Designs and promotes proper software engineering strategies, testability, and security

Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Participates in story writing, backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies

Ensures alignment to standard methodologies for object-oriented design and coding standards.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience developing financial services systems applications that provide money movement capabilities and portfolio balances, and hold account, tax, and check information.

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience developing financial services systems applications that provide money movement capabilities and portfolio balances, and hold account, tax, and check information.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing, developing, installing, and testing (quality control) Angular-based responsive applications in an Agile environment.

DE developing .NET applications, using C#, WCF, WPF, .NET Frameworks, Splunk, Fiddler, Artifactory, JIRA, Jenkins, and uDeploy.

DE developing, testing, and debugging REST and SOAP APIs.

DE developing Angular Routing and Navigation Components.
