Job Description:

Duties: Principal Software Engineer/Developer is a senior level technical

lead position responsible for software design, architecture and

implementation with the Surveillance and Supervision product of CTG CLRRS.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the architecture, design and

development of compliance applications.

• Lead technical teams in the design and development of automated

solutions in Oracle PL/SQL, Actimize RCM and AIS, SQL Server and ASP.NET.

• Lead regular code reviews and design sessions of development

efforts.

• Solve challenging and critical product level issues and problems.

• Provide technical oversight on multiple projects across multiple

platforms concurrently.

• Partner with DBA and development teams to perform performance

tuning of complex queries and stored procedures.

• Work with on-shore and off-shore business and technical teams

throughout the design, development, testing and implementation of automated

systems projects.

• Monitoring resource allocation, budget and schedule of initiatives

and reporting the same to management.

• Attend and contribute to customer status meetings and user forums.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or Physics and five (5) years of

experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in online

transaction processing systems full life cycle development - definition,

design, coding, unit testing and release; or, alternatively, a Master’s

degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering,

Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems,

Mathematics or Physics and three (3) years of experience in the job offered

or three (3) years of experience in online transaction processing systems

full life cycle development - definition, design, coding, unit testing and

release. Also Requires: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in Actimize vendor

product development using Risk Case Manager (RCM) and Analytics

Intelligence Server (AIS); DE developing user interface using ASP .NET

including C# and VB.NET; DE in SQL Server and Oracle PL/SQL advanced

programming, including performance tuning and writing complex stored

procedures; DE in source code control management using GitHub, Stash,

Jenkins, Visual Studio Source Control and Clear Case.
