Job Description:

Duties: Serve as a member of Fidelity's Phone and Branch distribution

channels for Personal and Workplace Investing. Lead and architect teams in

the design and integration of applications using Siebel EAI. Design,

develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the

SFDC platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and development of Siebel configuration

solutions to meet business and IT needs utilizing Siebel tools,

configuration, integration, e-script, and workflows.

• Provide technical leadership to other engineers on the team.

• Work in close collaboration with key business and technology

partners, including Senior CRM Architects and Project Managers, to provide

technical solutions for new CRM implementations.

• Oversee the support of the Tier III development team to fix

maintenance and system issues in existing CRM applications.

• Coordinate the delivery of components across internal departments

including business, procurement, resource assignment, and release

management and between onsite and offshore teams.

• Utilize rapid/agile methodology to conceptualize, define, design,

develop, test, and deploy application releases.

• Utilize Siebel data models and provide technical leadership

throughout the complete application development lifecycle.

• Evaluate and integrate new functionality into existing Siebel

applications.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to performance and

configuration.

• Perform business analysis including Business Process Mapping,

Technical Architecture, and Workflow Analysis.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field and five (5) years of

experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in Siebel

configuration and integration development; or, alternatively, a Master’s

degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering,

Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a

closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered

or three (3) years of experience in Siebel configuration and integration

development. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in

Salesforce development, including configuration and workflow development;

and writing scripts using APEX, Visual Force, and Triggers for Salesforce

customization; DE in Siebel configuration scripting, workflow development,

and business services design using Siebel tools; DE designing and

integrating Siebel application with multiple complex applications

specifically MDM, Salesforce, Mainframes, and other custom application

using Siebel EAI (Web Services, XML, SOAP, VBC, EBC and EIM) and Middleware

Technologies (Oracle Fusion Middleware / TIBCO Middleware); DE coordinating

a team of Siebel developers within an onshore/offshore environment; and

leading teams in designing/implementing Siebel applications using

Configuration, Integration, Scripting, Workflows, Business Service,

Assignment Manager, and Task UI.
