Position: Manager, IAFA, FSI (Dallas, TX) Protiviti is a global consulting firm that helps companies solve

member of the S&P 500 index. Duties: Serve as content expert for development of training and
company standards, and demonstrate technical competence in product group
and industry. Design and develop standard templates, methodologies
and tools for use on future projects and engagements. Maintain and enhance
the strategic alignment of the company (e.g., Products, Industry,
Geography, and Clients). Convert client business problems into additional
sales opportunities. Review deliverables, audit work papers, and other
supporting process documentation for quality. Directly supervise
Consultants and Seniors, serving as both a role model and trainer in helping
them to develop technical and professional competency. Build
relationships with C-level executives and maintain primary contact with significant
clients. Manage the profitability of client engagements. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field and two (2)
years’ experience performing financial and accounting advisory
consulting with an emphasis on internal controls; or in the alternative, a
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration or related field and five (5) years of experience as indicated
above. Also requires: demonstrated expertise analyzing core business
processes and non-routine transactions, including Revenue, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting,, Tax,
Mergers & Acquisitions, and system migration, ensuring compliance with
GAAP, GAAS, and SOX principles and maximizing operational goals for
financial services, consumer lending, mortgage, banking, e-Commerce industry;
managing the full lifecycle of SOX and IFRS consumer lending engagements and
technology engagements and expertise reviewing client SEC filings,
including Forms 10K and 10Q; analyzing mortgage, correspondent lending, and consumer
lending regulatory requirements, including CFPB, FCPA, TCPA, RESPA,
UDAAP, SCRA, CBR, GSE, and FCA (UK); implementing SOX program for year 0
financial services clients, including scoping and account analysis,
process mapping, risk and control identification, design assessment, operating
effectiveness testing, remediation assistance, reporting, and project
management; evaluating efficiency opportunities for the financial services
business processes including people, end to end processes, technology;
identifying issues; performing root cause analysis; and providing
recommendation and roadmaps; performing regular updates on project status and
critical milestones, creating reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio,
and reporting to client executives; and interfacing with client
managers and directors to document internal processes and internal controls
to ensure regulatory compliance. * Position requires 50% domestic travel outside of metropolitan
