Job Description:

Duties: Works with the Senior CRM Architect and project managers to provide

Technical Solutions for new Siebel Implementations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides support to Tier III development team to fix maintenance

and system issues in existing Siebel Applications.

• Utilizes Rapid/Agile methodology to quickly conceptualize, define,

design, develop, test and deploy application releases.

• Utilizes Siebel Data Model, Siebel tools -- configuration,

integration, e-script, Assignment Manager -- BI Publisher, Web Services,

Enterprise Integration Manager and workflows throughout the application

development lifecycle.

• Performs Siebel applications administration utilizing Unix, Oracle

SQL, PL/SQL, IBM DB2.

• Coordinates interaction with internal departments in the areas of

business, procurement, resource assignment, release management and Onsite

Offshore Coordination.

• Performs integration between Siebel CRM and Oracle E-Business

Suite.

• Utilizes expertise in cloud computing (salesforce.com) and

integration with Siebel.

• Participates in diverse facets of business analysis including

Business Process Mapping, Technical Architecture, and Workflow Analysis.

• Participates in Project Planning and Estimation for mid to large

size project teams.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of

experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in the design

and integration of complex CRM applications; Or, alternatively, Master’s

degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering,

Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a

closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered

or three (3) years of experience in the design and integration of complex

CRM applications. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise

(“DE”) implementing Genesys Historical Reporting platform, including

Infomart and Genesys Interactive insights; DE in Business Object security

models; and designing and implementing the Universe in the Business Object

space; DE leading teams in designing, implementing, and architecting Siebel

applications using: Configuration and Scripting, Workflows Processes and

Policies, Enterprise Application Integration, and Personalization and

Validation Rules; and leading multiple deployments and implementations,

Siebel version upgrades, and performance issue resolutions using Siebel

tools; DE designing and integrating multiple complex CRM applications to

backend applications and centralized data stores using Siebel

Inbound/Outbound Web services, VBC and Enterprise Integration Manager.
