Job Description:

Duties: Provides technical solutions for new Salesforce implementations by

developing complex or multiple software components within a fast-paced

Agile environment. Performs database creation, development, and data

manipulation using SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle RDBMS). Develops ETL processes

and data warehousing operation using Informatica and Unix shell scripting.

Partners with architects and development teams across the firm to design

and deliver solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going

development efforts.

• Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in

multiple platforms.

• Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several

divisional initiatives.

• Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to

implementation.

• Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

• Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications

supporting several corporate initiatives.

• Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

• Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

• Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a

project.

• Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis

for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of

experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience developing

and configuring Salesforce applications and implementations and performing

Java-based backend development for retail investment product applications;

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of

experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience developing and

configuring Salesforce applications and implementations and performing

Java-based backend development for retail investment product applications.

Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in Object-

Oriented Design and Java backend development using Spring framework, SOAP,

and RESTful Web services; DE developing and configuring Salesforce

applications using APEX, Force.com platform, and customized employment with

triggers and Visualforce pages; DE developing ETL processes for data

extraction and integration using Informatica; and providing quality

database solutions using SQL and PL/SQL; DE performing batch scheduling

using Control-M or AutoSys and integration with Unix Shell scripting.
