Job Description:
Recruitment Operations supports the Global Talent Acquisition
team that sources and hires top talent. The Reporting Analyst in
Recruitment Operations will report directly to the Manager of
Recruitment Operations and is responsible for the development and
maintenance of reporting and analytics capabilities within the
Recruitment Operations team. The Analyst will track, report and
analyze various recruiting metrics and trends, while ensuring data
accuracy and integrity by using various audit and data monitoring
techniques. Key Responsibilities: Provide reporting support to the various recruitment teams
including the delivery of standard and ad hoc reporting
requests Work with various risk and compliance groups to provide data and
reports that show adherence to our policy and processes to minimize
company risk Administration of ongoing satisfaction survey programme Participate in the design, development and delivery of
dashboards and analytics to accurately depict the overall health of
recruiting Maintain and develop the self-service reporting suite Design and deliver training on tools and systems for the
recruitment community Serve as a recruiting metrics subject matter expert where the
integration and/or deployment of recruitment data is necessary Work in a team environment and provide support to other
Recruitment Operations team members Qualifications Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Working knowledge of HRMS tools Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as
Tableau Ideally, expert level in query building and report generation
within Oracle Business Intelligence Expert level in Excel Minimum 3 years experience in reporting and analytics Effectively works independently within a team construct, while
