Job Description:
As an Insurance Analyst you will report directly to the
Strategic Account Manager. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for insurance and business level review of
contractual agreements relative to real estate transactions,
environmental operations, liquor liability, construction
activities, management agreements, procurement and Franchise
Agreements. Work directly with internal and external counsel on contractual
agreements, specifically focused on insurance compliance, and
consistency with company strategies. Review and address franchise agreement as related to coverage
and loss situations. Review and address environmental agreements as they relate to
coverage and loss situations. Review and address coverage questions for real estate situations
related to buying, selling, refinancing or changes in leasing and
or landlord changes. Review and address coverage questions related to procurement and
general business agreements. Assist account personnel with various insurance related topics,
such as liquor liability documentation, environmental regulations
and general insurance related support. Provide oversight with insurance and risk management due
diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions. Provide ongoing risk management support and expertise as
needed. Required Experience: Minimum of five years within a risk management environment, or
insurance company or brokerage experience handling national or
global accounts. Minimum of two years intense contract and insurance policy
review experience desired. Professional personal and written presentations skills the
ability to convey the desired message to multiple management levels
in an effective and impactful manner. Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to interface with all
levels of personnel at operating units and corporate staff Preferred Experience: ARM or CPCU designations a plus. Legal degree is highly preferred. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Risk Management or
