President for Multi Family

We are hiring for a President of a prestigious mid-size multifamily company. The President will head up the Company at the highest level. This executive leader will create, implement, and manage all aspects of the property operations business while promoting the companys mission, vision, and values. As a leader this role is responsible for coordinating ad leading operationally focused meetings, inspections with owners, investors, lenders, and review all routine reporting and advise on strategy as needed; lead setting annual portfolio-wide goals and drive performance towards those goals throughout the year.

This position will also be responsible for maintaining a supportive work environment, that welcomes creative minds; oversee Senior-Level Property Management Team Members, Senior Maintenance Renovation Manager, including Director of Marketing & Training,

Job Functions:

Collaborates directly with Chief Operating Officer, Advisory Board and Owners.

Develops leasing strategy and implements capital improvement plans that maximize sales, profitability, and resident satisfaction.

Value opportunities and commercialize them.

Provide significant input into acquisition strategy and is responsible for the overall profitability of portfolio.

Maintain a positive, cohesive work environment to attract and retain top level leaders throughout the organization continuously guiding and mentoring the teams to ensure their success.

Stay abreast of relevant industry, technology, property issues, and topics to incorporate into planning and decision making. Include consistent review of property financial and operational reporting for opportunities while conducting regulate site visits.

Review, approve, and monitor the completion of all capital projects/renovations. Work with team to track renovation budgets.

Other duties as necessary.

Skills

Minimum of 15 years of property management experience with comprehensive understanding of multi real estate management.

BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field preferred.

Excellent customer service, leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Collaborative work style and ability to work with a team to achieve collective goals.

Strong understanding of property financial statements and cash flows.

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
