Job Description:
Parker+Lynch is partnering with a fast-growing, fast-paced
property management organization in Dallas, TX to find a Senior
Property Accountant. This position will be responsible for general
accounting for their properties and entities. This position will
report directly to the Controller and will range in salary from
$75,000 - $85,000 dependent upon experience. The ideal candidate
will have strong CAM reconciliation experience. Responsibilities -
-- Preparing monthly financial statements -- Preparing monthly
reconciliations for all bank accounts that are associated with
assigned properties -- Perform cash management such as check runs
and wire transfers -- Complete reporting packages as required by
outside agencies -- Prepare and enter all journal entries --
Calculate property management fees and construction management fees
-- Assist with any special projects or other assigned tasks
Requirements - -- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Required -- Ability to follow GAAP -- Proficient within Microsoft
Applications -- Experience with Yardi preferred -- Property
Accounting Experience Required -- Proficient in verbal and written
