Job DescriptionBridge Tower Homes is a national single-family home builder with operations in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, Charlotte, Nashville, and Tampa, FL. The Land Acquisition Analyst position will be in our main office in Dallas, TX. The candidate for this position will be working with members of the corporate Land Acquisition Team as they make land acquisition decisions thought the US.

The position will require you to analyze data acquired through such tools as Costar, Esri, Map Right, GIS systems, and county tax systems. This analysis will involve heavy use of Excel, modeling, and collaboration. This role is essential to gauging the value and efficacy of land deals from numerous different states and municipalities.

Job Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Land Acquisition Process.
• Strong Excel abilities.
• Experience in desktop analytics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related field (i.e., Finance, Real Estate Development, Economics, etc.).
• Exceptional computer skills are required for this role.
