The Global Liquidity Solutions team is responsible for on/off-balance sheet deposit, investment, specialty account, and concentration products offered to JPMorgan Commercial Bank clients. The Liquidity Product Sales Specialist (PSS) function focuses on driving deposit strategy, portfolio pricing, and client solutioning that reflects the firm's balance sheet objectives while maximizing NII and supporting growth of overall Commercial Bank business. The team works in close collaboration with the sub-LOBs to ensure strategic alignment and business enablement across various industries, markets, regions, while providing expertise to coverage teams and clients, sales training, identification of emerging client requirements, management of segment initiatives and regular business reviews with key stakeholders to drive financial results. Commercial Banking provides the complete product offering of JPMorgan Chase, including lending, treasury services, investment banking and investment management to corporations, municipalities, financial institutions and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion.

The US & Int'l Liquidity Product Sales Specialist (PSS) Associate will report to the Global Liquidity Solutions Team Lead for Commercial Real Estate and Financial Institutions Group, with additional reporting responsibility into the Head of International Deposit Pricing. The Associate will have an opportunity to support the broader US PSS team and International Deposit Pricing Specialists across various sub-LOBs. This position will be based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.

**Role and responsibilities include:**

+ Work with US PSS team & International Deposit Pricing Specialists as they engage directly with Bankers, TMOs, global coverage teams and clients in a sales process to determine client needs and objectives, design specific solutions to meet those needs, and presents the solutions in a compelling way to win and retain client balances and relationships.

+ Serve as a consultative resource to TMOs and Sales Associates to evaluate pricing requests and specialty account needs. Provides cost-benefit and/or risk analysis to assist impacted stakeholders in the approval process.

+ Serve as team SME for various deposit pricing systems, liquidity dashboards and other internal tools used to analyze portfolio performance or client/account level research

+ Actively monitor key central bank rates globally and prepare analyses to support proposed strategic pricing changes to currency portfolios in response to rate changes

+ Support key initiatives, strategic pricing and product direction for Treasury Sales and Banker management with the goal of maximizing client and portfolio profitability, while attracting and solidifying broad customer relationships.

+ Assist with the management of internal and external sales & marketing campaigns to expand client penetration including development of client-level plans for top clients & prospects

+ Provide training to internal partners including Sales, Client Service, and Implementations, update internal and external collateral (industry trends, marketing, white papers, case studies, etc)

+ Partner with CB Deposit Analytics team to optimize reporting for impacted senior management teams while relaying key deposit messaging to senior market management.

+ Liaise with key stakeholder groups including Liquidity Product Management, Finance, Treasury, Business Management, Operations and Risk Management to ensure alignment with sub-LOB goals, policy and profitability targets.

+ Ad hoc projects as requested


+ 2+ years of treasury, treasury services, banking, and/or investment management experience

+ Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-pace environment

+ Work well with cross-functional partners and in a dynamic environment

+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proven ability to present findings in concise manner

+ Superior analytical skills with ability to source and summarize data from deposit and finance systems and liquidity dashboards and other systems as needed

+ Self-starter, confident, and able to work in groups or alone

+ Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

+ Flexibility to support colleagues in other regions
