As such, he/she will have strong Adaptive technical abilities and partnering with the team, will be an effective communicator to continually improve & tailor the models for modeling and/ or business changes, as they occurRoles & Responsibilities:Provide modeling and other technical support to the Originations teamProvide financial reporting and business analytics support to strategic business programs and key business functions.Identify key drivers and trends of financial performance and communicate proactively with management in the supported business.Assist with expense reporting, accrual tracking, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, capacity modeling, and annual budgeting process.Be a true business partner who provides best-in-class support and cultivates an environment of mutual trust.Enhance existing reporting or develop new reporting to address program changes as business needs evolve.Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.Firm grasp of both SQL and Workday Adaptive.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reportingExperience with Workday, Hyperion, TM1 reporting tools preferredAt least 3 years of finance and industry experience preferredStrong analytical/problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and solve complex problemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsMr. Cooper is committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment where every employee is empowered to be their authentic self.
