Job Overview:The HR team is a customer-obsessed team that
supports employees, managers, and other HR functions to provide
simple, knowledgeable, and efficient solutions that drive
operational excellence and business results. The Senor Manager, HR
Data Strategy and Analytics position at Keurig Dr Pepper is
responsible for supporting the Human Resources service delivery
model by providing front-line support to enable efficient data
transactions in and out of Workday. The position is a 50% manager
role, and 50% contributor role. The role will oversee a small
operations team that focuses on Workday data architecture, data
entry, data auditing, mass EIB loads, and ad hoc reporting. This
role will drive standard definition of how HR data is structured
and consumed within KDP s HR data landscape and across KDP Finance
and Payroll systems. This position carries out the duties and
responsibilities of this function and ensures compliance with
Company policies and procedures in addition to required federal and
local regulations.What you will do:Drive the HR data architecture
visionEvangelize HR data architecture standards and definitions
with HR data stakeholdersLead data architectural decision alignment
across HR data decision makersBuild KDP HR data definition and
usage repositoryCreate KDP HR data toolset to enable advanced tool
adoptionEnhance partner relationshipsPartner with Finance, Payroll,
and other organizations within KDP on corporate data architecture
and standardsSupport delivery goals through matching current and
future team resource load, career and skill development
opportunities, and ultimately impact quality and certainty of
committed workDrive efficiency and quality through end-to-end data
flow from upstream through downstream systems (Talent Acquisition,
IT Security, Analytics)Use a blend of intuition and analytics to
improve how work is allocated and shared across the team, as well
as measure individual contributor development progressDrive and
monitor escalations up and down program and project governance
paths to improve quality of team s work outputCreate a culture of
data qualityEfficiently manage high volume changes and updates
related to employee, business, jobs dataPerform complex data
analysis to determine root cause of business process inefficiencies
across connected people systemContinuously audit system data to
ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across
connected systemsCollaborate with key stakeholders on issue
resolution to not fix the problems once and for allBuild active
partnerships across payroll, talent acquisition, benefits,
compensation, compliance, and HR Partner teamsManage end to end
employee data flow, deeply understanding the payroll, recruiting,
and benefits implications of the data enteredEscalate data issues
and solution recommendations to ManagementEvolve how we
workStreamline how work tasks are prioritized and completed through
managing the HR ServiceNow ticket queue. Ensure team is meeting
SLA's and completing work as directed with quality outcomesProvide
team performance and career guidance while also completing your own
day-to-day commitmentsActively seek out and implement processing
efficiencies that enable timely, accurate and complete data entry
into Workday, receipt from upstream systems, and publication to
downstream systemsBuild organization and position management
understanding amongst business process stakeholders (Manager, HR
Partner, HR COEs) through proactive stakeholder managementSimplify
and drive adoption of standard and ad hoc report creation and
maintenanceEnsure complete traceability with issue resolution and
expand Workday process documentsLead major and minor project
upgrade data workstream activities to ensure continued quality
outputsChallenge how you workPartner with external stakeholders to
support delivery goals through matching current and future team

Human Resources or related degree; MBA or relevant Master s degree
strongly preferredMinimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources
experience and 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex
projects at Fortune 500 companiesBig 5 Consulting or Workday
Certified Partner expertise strongly preferredExperience with data
modeling and visualization tools such as Tableau, Visier, and
Alteryx strongly preferredLean, Kaizen, Six Sigma expertise
preferredOutstanding ability to manage relationships and balance
customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually
beneficial outcomesExcellent consultative skills and ability to
communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences,
including senior organizational leadersAbility to translate
complicated project concepts (milestones, risks, desired outcomes,
decision options, etc.) into concise observations and
recommendationsPossesses strong strategic orientation, analytical
skills, critical thinking ability, and evaluate broad impacts of
workDemonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead,
influence, and motivate others in the work groupProven ability to
work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities
simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or
