    Job Summary:
    The Director - Private Banking, Dallasis responsible for leading a team of Private Banking officers in the Dallas markets we serve. This professional is a seasoned financial industry executive familiar with the needs of business owners and high net worth individuals and their families.
    Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Hiring and leading a team of private bankers in providing a consistent and comprehensive customer experience to a client base of business owners, high net worth individuals, and corporate professionals and executives.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to meet profitability and sales performance objectives.
  • Growing, developing, evaluating, negotiating, & monitoring of a bank wide portfolio of Private Banking clients.
  • Responsibility for the management and direction of all new business development and relationship management activities for all Private Banking products and services.
  • Ensure credit quality and pricing objectives are maintained by all team members within the prescribed thresholds.
  • Building a strategy around creating deeper partnering relationships with other line of business team members and their clients.

          Education/Certifications (required):

          • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance (Advanced degree preferred)
          • 8 years of management/leadership experience
          • 10 years of banking experience or similar work experience
