Job Description:
Customer Service RepresentativeHi-Line, Inc., -a niche leader
and essential U.S. distributor of industrial aftermarket products
and services, is seeking an energetic, experienced, and empathetic
Customer Service Representative to help our ever-growing customer
base. -In addition, this position will help support our Salesmen,
Division Sales Managers, and Customers.Are you a problem solver who

-Essential Responsibilities:
Qualify call-in and E-Commerce
customers for a visit from a Hi-Line TMs.Respond to inquiries about
products and services.Resolve Customer and Salesmen questions and
concerns.Communicate with Salesmen and Division Sales Managers
about interactions with customers and potential customers.Assist
other departments with various tasks as needed.Participate in
ongoing professional development activities to continually improve
job-related skills.Provide certificates of Conformance (COC) for
orders as requested by customers.Maintain supply and E-Commerce
ordersProblem solve FedEx -and UPS shipments Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor degree
preferred -Excellent reasoning and organizational skillsAttention
to detailAbility to articulate ideas and information in written and
verbal communicationsProficiency with databases, spreadsheets,
email, and text messagingKnowledge of Electrical and Mechanical
Hardware and Supplies preferredAble to maintain a professional
demeanor - Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing
tasksAbility to work from 10:00 am - 7:00 pmBenefits:
