The Senior Vice President of Account Services plans and directs all aspects of:

• Account maintenance - extensions, loan modifications, and due date changes
• Title processing and treatment
• Customer service & correspondence
• Credit bureau reporting and disputes
• Mailroom managementDuties and Responsibilities include:
  • Identify and solution process improvements, methodologies, and metrics to meet operational standards
  • Analyze and identify technical solutions to improve departmental processes and customer experience.
  • Inspire, coach and mentor direct reports to maximize their strengths and enhance their effectiveness.
  • Advise Chief Operations Officer on account management strategies, emerging performance & technology trends, and effectiveness of operating procedures.
  • Interact daily with direct and indirect reports to source front line feedback on the effectiveness of operating strategies.
  • Create and reinforce a workplace culture that represents the bank's Core Values.
  • Assist with budgeting, purchasing, staffing, goal setting and performance of the call center.
  • Administer disciplinary action, when appropriate, according to corporate policies and procedures set by the Human Resources Department.
  • Stay current on industry best practices for department and technological developments through peer networking and industry conferences.Qualifications:To help ensure a great fit for both the candidate and company, we are seeking candidates with the following experience/skills/abilities.
    • Sr leadership in automotive finance is required
    • Strong Technical Systems knowledge of payment and eVault solutions preferred
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
    • Integrity
    • Proven business judgment
    • Proven experience in implementing and leading process automation projects preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of credit bureau reporting and complaint management protocols
    • Ability to analyze call center production metrics, interpret to drive
    • Actionable business improvements using technical and process solutions
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively
