• Choices of where you work and when you work - because we all value something different. Hybrid work schedules allow for flexibility where you work. There is required collaboration in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. A unique 9/80 work schedule gives you the flexibility when you work.   The Treasury Operations Manager will oversee TICF's Treasury and cash management operations and activities including cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring, enterprise transaction processing, debt and derivatives instruments recording, settlements and servicing, bank confirmations, bank file communications, bank account reconciliation and reporting. Also this position will lead TICF's debt, derivatives and hedge accounting management practices as well as maintaining Asset-Backed Securitization products, reporting, programs and processes.
  What You'll Do:
  Treasury Operations Management
  • Manage TICF's Treasury and Cash management daily operations activities including daily cash flow forecast, financial and commercial transactions processing, bank file communications, bank account reconciliation and reporting.
  • Work closely with Treasury Risk team, monitoring liquidity risk positions, providing in-depth analysis to support effective Treasury funding planning and decisions (Cost of Funds analysis and liquidity stress scenarios, etc.).
  • Develop, monitor and train cash management personnel to perform daily cash transaction processing, trade settlements, position consolidation and reconciliation activities using enterprise Treasury Management systems and other bank portals and /or systems.
  • Oversees TICF's customers payment channel strategies (i.e. Web-Pay/EIPP solutions, Pay by Phone, Wholesale Lockbox, etc.) including performance review of existing and future customer payment strategies.
  • Manage integration of all new products and services into daily cash routines (Asset Back Securities, Tax payments, Accounts Payables, Intercompany loan, Commercial Paper, Long Term Debt issuance, etc.).
  • Manage account controls and documentation for daily processes (Treasury's J-SOX narrative and documentation).
    • Coordinates and executes Treasury's disaster, recovery, and business continuity planning to support Treasury operations, systems availability and support.
      Qualifications You'll Need:
      Must Have:
      • 8+ years of experience leading Treasury Operations, Liquidity and Cash Management functions.
      • Progressive managerial role in financial services, corporate treasury, or relevant industry
      • In-depth understanding of J-SOX/SOX compliance and process controls
      • Broad knowledge of financial and capital markets products, including debt, derivatives, asset securitization, investments, and foreign exchange
      • Banks and software vendors Relations experience
      • BA/BS in Finance, Business or other related fields
      • Personnel supervision experienceGreat to Have:
        • Debt, derivatives, and hedge accounting management experience
