Teller activity includes but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, etc...Open accounts for new walk-in; coordinate legal account documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulationsAssist in community awareness events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunitiesAssist management with various operational duties and responsibilitiesAbide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelinesMinimum of 2 years banking center experience preferred, including customer service, relationship management and cash handlingKnowledge of banking products and services including deposits, lending and other financial servicesAbility to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment to accomplish many tasks efficiently and timelyProfessional experience anticipating common customer concerns and analyzing current procedures and processes for available improvementsProficient knowledge of Salesforce preferredProven customer service skillsProficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak concisely Must be team-orientedAbility to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization with various stakeholders Knowledge of legal entity documentation preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong phone communication skills PDN-99132251-6bf9-4967-814b-a6082d4e8ce3
