Job Description Director of Finance – Leadership Location:
Dallas, TX Start Date: February 16, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift
Type: Days (Monday–Friday, 40 hours guaranteed, flat rate)
Hours/Day: 8 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid
$1,742.16 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $2,400.00 Weekly Gross

communication skills; ability to articulate complex information
clearly. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to
coach, influence, and achieve results. Excellent interpersonal
skills; ability to build and maintain effective relationships
across diverse groups. Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Ability to lead major organizational initiatives and deliver
measurable outcomes. Skilled in managing challenging situations
with competing interests and interdisciplinary groups. Strong
attention to detail and independent thinking. Knowledge of GAAP,
statutory accounting principles, practices, and internal controls.
Job Accountabilities Analyze and redesign jobs, workflows, and
processes to improve efficiency and support departmental goals.
Stay current with industry developments through seminars, journals,
and professional organizations; integrate new knowledge into
practice. Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and
accreditation requirements; develop internal controls to ensure
compliance. Develop and monitor annual budgets to support
departmental objectives. Establish, implement, and revise annual
goals aligned with Parkland’s mission. Select, train, schedule,
motivate, supervise, and evaluate employees; recommend disciplinary
actions when necessary. Ensure staff receive opportunities for

Disclosure of any previous Parkland employment history – Required
Seven (7) years of experience in a financial leadership position –
Required Four (4) years of experience in the non-profit sector –
Required Experience working in Foundation – Highly Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Highly Preferred Profile
