OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant, you will act as liaison
for the Regional divisions with general administrative duties.
Responsibilities Function as onsite office contact to receive
visitors, handle inquiries, etc. Order office supplies for office
staff, workroom and breakroom and stock, as needed Receive, sort
and scan mail Ensure outgoing mail is sent daily, open, date and
distribute incoming mail Prepare and deposit FedEx packages, as
needed Check for package deliveries and notify recipients Make
check deposits via check scanner and process physical checks
Maintain appearance of common areas, including but not limited to,
reception, conference rooms, breakroom, and workroom Maintain
breakroom appliances and stock consumables Manage conference room
calendars Submit and track building maintenance work orders and
Ricoh printer issues in a timely manner for repairs Maintain
division email distribution groups Maintain division phone list
Other duties, as assigned #CB Qualifications Minimum High School
Diploma or GED required Minimum of two years office and/or
administrative experience Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft
Word and Excel Excellent attention to detail Physical Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the
ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and
supplies weighing 25 lbs or less. Finger dexterity is necessary.
