This role provides quality administrative and staff support for
Management and Sales Team members.Our employees currently work from
home (remote) and will transition to a hybrid model. Our teams

Acts as liaison with carriers for compliance materials and
Prepares and transmits proposals and quotes.
Administrative support functions to include, but not be limited to
computer generated correspondence, creating and updating filing
system, Xeroxing faxing, placing and screening phone calls and
directing messages to other staff as necessary.
Responds to inquiries/requests from ASD Account Managers.
Contacts various carriers for updated materials as new directives
Maintains files and production reports.
Occasional long, irregular hours.
Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and
hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling,
kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two (2) years related experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and
Outlook Exchange; proficient with various web browsers, such as
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Good understanding of insurance and carrier procedures.
Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both
verbally and in writing.
Read, comprehend, and interpret job-related documents.
Develop and maintain good relationships at all levels with the
company and with agents, brokers, and/or carrier
Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
