Job Description:
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities The
Receptionist/Office Assistant is an entry-level position that will
report to the Executive Support Director of the company and will be
responsible for being the first point of contact for guests,
employees, and phone calls. The person hired for this position will
work hand in hand with every department to offer support in any way
that is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and directing to the right person, maintaining
guest login/out book and health form assessments for guests
Providing tours and refreshments to incoming clients and guests of
the executive staff Maintaining company filing and record system
Sending and receiving packages and mail for the company Maintain
office supplies and distributing/ordering when needed General
support to office staff providing administrative support to all
departments Maintain office breakroom & coffee supplies This
position will be in charge of making sure that office surfaces are
sanitized throughout the day Run local errands as needed Assist
Executive Director of HR with various projects or tasks
Qualifications and Education Requirements The ideal candidate will
have a High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience in an
administrative position. However, for the right candidate, all
levels of experience will be considered: Proficiency in MS Office,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong organizational/ time management
skills and logical thought process Strong verbal and written
communication/interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively coordinate several projects at the same time
Excellent work ethic Preferred Skills The qualified candidate will
be a self-starter, friendly and outgoing personality who has strong
attention to detail. Time management and follow-through are
requisite in this position. Strong written and verbal
communication. This position will have several layers of reporting;
hence the qualified candidate needs to be able to take direction
well from people at different levels within the organization. This
position is 100% in the office Monday through Friday. Company
