Job Description
This role will be responsible for leading the Associate Services function for (Maple Hall, GSO, TRT and any other entities) to include culture, communication, training and career development, associate relations, administration, associate engagement, liability prevention, and government compliance.
Responsibilities


  • Develop and support the priorities, strategies, and goals of the HR function within Maple Hall
  • Develop and nurture strong and productive relationships with a diverse group of leaders at various levels
  • Demonstrate strong leadership within the team to help drive high quality associate experiences and cultivate an "ALL IN" mindset, including implementation, execution, and follow up of engagement surveys
  • Demonstrate a passion for the associate experience, culture, mission, and vision. Gain buy-in from others to leverage this passion to drive business related needs
  • Monitor the "pulse" of the team to ensure a high level of engagement
  • Propose and initiate action plans as needed for business needs
  • Partner with other department leaders to guide them through various HR processes throughout the year
  • Find creative and impactful solutions for complex associate related matters
  • Maximize the use of our HR tools and technology
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all HR related questions for Maple Hall/OSC (Omni Service Center) associates
  • High level review of bi-weekly payroll prior to processing
  • Partner with Internal Communications to develop a consistent and lively associate communications network within the building, via bulletin boards, department communication boards, posters, and flyers
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Talent Development teams to ensure the hiring process and on-boarding of all Maple Hall associates is handled efficiently
  • Administer the performance management process for OSC and Maple Hall
  • Handle all OSC investigations as necessary
  • Provide general guidance on employee relations issues at OSC and elevating as necessary
  • Conduct all 30 day stay and exit interviews for Maple Hall, and analyze trends
  • Respond to all employment litigation from Federal and State offices (unemployment, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with various agencies and timely submission of reporting for EEO-1, Vets, Affirmative Action,
  • Work closely to ensure associate relations expenses are in line with monthly budget
  • Planning and execution of all Maple Hall associate relations events

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate environment
    • Experience in a Human Resources director level role
    • Employee relations experience at a decision-making level, including experience conducting investigations and managing employee discipline
    • Well rounded Human Resources background required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Strong detail orientation and ability to complete assignments timely
    • Ability to prioritize workload
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to coach, counsel, advise, influence, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levels
    • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
