We are an office furniture company. Our current bookkeeper is retiring in 3 months and this position will replace her. Previous bookkeeping experience is a must. Start now to become familiar with all aspects of the job prior to current bookkeeper leaving.All communications must be clear, precise, and easily understood. Maturity and attendance reliability must be part of job. Ongoing duties as assistant to president.Must have minimum of 2 years college with basic knowledge of bookkeeping, writing purchase orders, inventory control, personnel record keeping, and ability to act as backup for answering phone and greeting clients. Inventory management, product delivery calendar, and damage reports are to be kept current.Duties are varied and deal with all departments of the company.Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 to 4:30. We are a 29 year old company with less than 10 employees located in Farmers Branch looking for the right person to grow with our company.
