Responsibilities: Warmly greet clients both in person and over the
phone, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
Manage office communications and coordinate appointment scheduling
effectively. Assist in responding to inquiries and maintaining
accurate client records. Engage with prospective and existing
clients, discussing their needs and offering tailored insurance
solutions. Provide outstanding customer service and follow up on
client requirements. Support the team with administrative tasks and
projects to maintain smooth office operations. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is
preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to engage clients professionally. Excellent organizational
and multitasking skills. Comfort and confidence in engaging in
sales conversations. Basic proficiency with computer systems,
