Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract
Associate. In this role, you will support a team of subcontract
managers with negotiations, manage schedules, and perform
administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have experience
and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, communication, and
critical thinking skills. Must be a US Citizen; This position is
located at a facility that requires special access. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's
degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial
Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics
or related field -Knowledge of subcontract administration
principles, including procurement, negotiation, and contract
closeout -Strong organizational and time management skills, with
the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Desired Skills:
-Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations -Proficient in
Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with
the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and reports
-Familiarity with international business practices and cultural
norms, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
with international suppliers Clearance Level:None Other Important

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per
