For more information about AMN Healthcare, visit www.amnhealthcare.com.Role OverviewAs the Head of Client Experience, Marketing you will be responsible for overseeing an enterprise team of approximately 3-5 direct reports accountable to revenue growth through a focus on customer marketing and experience, client acquisition and retention, lead generation, brand architecture restructuring & management. This leader will leverage customer insights and analytics for strategy creation, pipeline optimization, in partnership with Sales, the Digital, Analytics and Technology teams, and Head of Customer Experience, Marketing.We're looking for a professional leader who can think strategically and act tactically at the same time to help deliver on projects and initiatives with measurable results. Strong collaboration with the Business Unit Presidents and Sales Leaders, Head of Candidate Experience, Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, Chief Experience and Clinical Officer, Chief Information and Digital Officer, Chief Talent Officer (CTO) and CEO will be necessary to help influence and drive change across the AMN enterprise.Role SpecificsMore specifically, you will:Lead and manage Client Experience (Marketing) department transformation focusing on accountability to revenue growth.Develop overarching integrated client marketing strategy spanning all AMN offerings and aligned to company strategy and objectives.Partner to drive teams to execute on new demand generation and retention strategies for AMN and client facing brands utilizing traditional, digital, and innovative marketing.Create and lead a dedicated high-performing team of Client Experience/ Brand Managers responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support business-specific and enterprise objectives.Guide Client Experience Managers/Brand Managers on new client-facing digital portal development projects focusing on user experience, engagement and stickiness. Work closely with Digital Leaders.Partner and assist AMN in the development of a company-wide pricing strategy alongside Business Presidents.Be accountable for vendor selection, management and performance within project budgets and timelines.Advance and partner with Insights and Analytics team responsible for:Developing and analyzing reporting, dashboards and scorecards for marketing KPIs.Obtaining and distilling customer insight, business, marketing, and competitive intelligence.Capturing the voice of the customer through survey design, focus groups, and systematic customer feedback.Redefine company events strategy including rationalizing existing spend, participation and approach.Build regional and national client engagement strategy that drives tangible outcomes.In conjunction with Head of Candidate Experience:Ensure collaboration and best practice sharing between Candidate Experience/Brand Managers and Client Experience/Brand Managers.Ensure collaboration and best practice sharing with insights and analytics teams.Leverage Digital team for channel strategy, prioritization planning and execution of digital marketing activities.Define, manage and measure holistic customer experience.Consult on branding activities for candidate insight and impact.The Ideal CandidateTo be a strong fit for this opportunity, you will have:A Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field required. Masters degree preferred.10 years of management experience in client / corporate marketing role or related position. Experience in the healthcare services is helpful, but not required.Proven success and expertise with branding, B2B acquisition and retention, sales support, external communications, client engagement, digital marketing initiatives, etc.History of success in multi-brand strategy companies.Hands-on experience with business transformation / centralization initiatives and change management.Familiarity with employment law and principles and practices of marketing, public relations and strategic initiatives.The ability to leverage digital technology and data to ensure we have the best client experience solutions and strategy in place.Effective leadership skills that can energize cross-functional work teams to respond to client/customer needs.Experience in building and managing teams.Strong analytical and conceptual skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple conflicting priorities.A high level of initiative and independence.You should also be willing and able to travel approximately 20-30 percent of the time.Success FactorsThis critical leadership role reflects our latest strategy and structure and will enable us to transform and continue to grow.
