ABOUT CLUTCH CREATIVE MARKETINGClutch Creative is a strategic communication and creative team based in Dallas, Texas, with diverse and dynamic clients worldwide. Our team executes communication strategies, design, and video projects from start to finish, never settling for anything short of the best. We work hard, play hard, and have a great work family!JOB DESCRIPTIONYou will be expected to develop creative, modern communication strategies, write content for emails, press releases, op-eds, social content, and oversee other projects as needed. We work in a fast-paced environment and expect high-quality content within set deadlines. We love our clients and our team members and know you will too. This position will include:Extensive writing projects, including press releases, op-eds, strategy outlines, and more.Execute communication strategiesManage email campaignsManage the publishing of press releases and op-edsRepresent client brands in a professional mannerPromote multiple marketing campaigns and manage client accountsDocument and report all customer interactions/results accurately and promptly.Attend marketing/advertising planning meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly.Coordination with outside vendors/agencies as appropriateQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSFantastic, quick writing skills. Please submit writing samples along with your resume.Ability to communicate! We've worked with everyone from Fortune 500 CEOs to members of Congress, and they expect excellent communication.Must have excellent, professional communication skills- you are easy to talk to and communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and professional manner.Approachable and relatable demeanor- people not only gravitate to you but feel comfortable in conversation with you.Strong student mentality- willingness to learn and eagerness to seek knowledge from professional mentorsProfessional appearance and ability to build positive relationships in the office and with clients/customersAble to work independently as well as on team assignmentsAdaptable to change- you thrive in a fast-moving environmentInternally motivated- strong desire to exceed expectations; you are competitive and like to winInterpersonal communication skills- you can genuinely connect with diverse personality types with a personal, one-on-one approachStrong work ethic- the belief that hard work is intrinsically virtuous (opportunity = hard work)Positive attitudeComposition and proofreading skillsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS$60 - $75k/year startingAnnual review with opportunity for pay increasesWork remote on Fridays!Nine paid holiday days a year + your birthday (Because we believe you should be treated like royalty at least once a year)Quarterly company bonding activity.
