The Brokerage Coordinator will often handle details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing
projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Provide high level support and leverage to
multiple assigned real estate professionals, often handling a large amount of details relating to complex real
estate transactions.
Overall Responsibilities:
--- Serve as the point of contact for new client projects and requests.
--- Manage workflow and approval process for all assigned projects.
--- Execution of transaction work and client deliverables.
--- Participate in regular administrative and business unit meetings, as requested, to understand and
facilitate client goals.
--- Serve as back up for other team members for a seamless support department operation.
--- Train and develop Power User status with internal systems and technologies, as well as Microsoft
platforms, such as SharePoint.
Marketing/Deal, Research and Business Development Related Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate with Sales Enablement team on new business pitches, presentations and RFP's as required
to win or maintain business.
--- Partner with Research and Marketing teams to assist with projects as needed.
--- Assist with creation of maps, matrixes and research to compile the tour books in coordination with
--- Assist in the edits, changes, and preparation to produce large marketing presentations, often with a short
--- Create deliverables utilizing JLL branded templates and/or creating custom deliverables and responsibility
for naming conventions and filing documents according to guidelines.
--- Work with Marketing with creation of flyers of new listings and update flyers, brochures, Placemats,
presentations as needed. Design and editing of client deliverables for Marketing purposes utilizing In-
Design, Illustrator and sometimes Power Point.
--- Expanding, updating and maintaining maps and aerials.
--- Update listings (jll.com, CoStar, Power Search, Marketsphere, Buildout).
--- Work within Marketsphere (JLL's internal listing system) to post available spaces to the website and
CoStar as well as maintain the listing to ensure they are up to date.
--- Working within Marketsphere, provide comps, availabilities and additional local information to the activity
report managed by the Dispositions Coordinator or the activity report.

--- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred.
--- Workplace experience: Minimum of 5 years in administrative support role and real estate background is
--- Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook,
Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat) is required.
--- Adaptability - Maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities, or with various
types of people and preferences.
--- Planning and Organizing - ability to establish course of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results,
develop schedules and task/people assignments, orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish
goals, and use resources effectively and efficiently.
--- Customer Focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal
customer, by acting with customer in mind, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with
customers, and gaining their trust and respect.
