The Marketing Specialist creates business development sales and marketing campaigns, conducting market research and competitive analysis, evaluating trends to help evolve the company's marketing strategy, and consulting business leaders on marketing tools and techniques. This position is instrumental in the success of our organization by ensuring innovative branding.

Position Summary:
? Design marketing materials including presentations, print materials, and digital ads
? Provide direction on website edits, updates, UI, graphics, and copy
? Develop and implement the new prospective client experience
? Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
? Build brand presence by managing our participation in industry events
? Establish and administer a Customer Relationship Management system
? Deliver marketing effectiveness updates and presentations to executives and investors
? Compile data to analyze the effectiveness of marketing sources and determine the return on investment
? Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
? Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
? Identify and research potential clients
? Consult with leadership to discuss contracts, advertising media, or opportunities to improve utilization of marketing sources
? Manage and moderate social media communities including scheduling posts, monitoring inboxes and comments
? Other duties may be assigned
Skills and Abilities:
? Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred)
? Experience developing business-to-business (B2B) sales materials and presentations
? Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
? Net Promoter Score experience a plus (not required)
? Understanding of multifamily community management and Home Owner Association management
? Project management methodologies
? Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
