Marketing CoordinatorThe PositionHumCap's client is seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed individual to help drive the firm's marketing capabilities. The Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to help drive attractive, engaging, branded communications for various company types, including, but not limited to, investments, multifamily apartments, full-service hotels, retail shopping centers, restaurants, and medical and dental offices. The candidate will participate in all aspects of marketing with the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative services, digital media, investor relations, and sales. The position is largely remote but will require some travel for team meetings and other events, as needed.Key Responsibilities

• Social media management and visual content production.
• Edit and create print materials (ie: business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.).
• Contribute to pre-production through creative concepting and storyboarding.
• Proofread documents for grammar, data accuracy, and brand standard adherence and coordinate production and delivery
• Edit existing websites using WordPress content management system
• Help produce engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Set-up e-mail campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Contribute to creative branding efforts Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues
  • Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
  • Minimum of intermediate-level experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
  • Outgoing personality with an ability to learn new things quickly is a must.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities and work extended hours to meet deadlines, as required
