Marketing / Sales Support(Dallas based - hybrid work environment
with 1-2 days/week remote work from home)Kings III Emergency

Summary:This is a highly collaborative position, working most
directly with our sales and marketing teams on efforts that
increase brand awareness, generate leads and ultimately drive
revenue. What do we mean by highly collaborative? If you are
naturally introverted and would describe yourself as not much of a
people person, this is not the gig for you. The core focus of this
role is event marketing and industry association strategy and
execution. You will also assist with email marketing and sales
material development. We are a small marketing team, and so being
well rounded and having an "I'll step in and take that on, learning
something new along the way and furthering my skill set" sort of
attitude is important. What will it take for you to be successful

responsibilities are: - Sales Team Support - Event Marketing - CRM
Event Campaign Management - Internal Event Planning & Management -
Email Marketing - Marketing Vendor RelationshipsAdditional
responsibilities that speaks to the small, agile team here and the
importance of a 'can do / let me take that on attitude'. These are
not your core responsibilities, but will be items you help with
from time to time: - Content Development - Special Campaign Work -
Internal Training Documents - The obligatory 'other duties as
required' Essential Skills and Experience: - 1+ years' experience
in a well-rounded hands-on marketing role - Experience with event
planning and trade shows (which could involve lifting 50 lbs and
standing on your feet for 6-8 hours) - Self-motivated with ability
to work independently as well as part of a team - Naturally curious
and focused on tracking and using data to identify what's working
and what's not and pivoting as necessary. This role needs someone
that is metric driven. - Goal-oriented and dependable - Positive,
competitive, and determined attitude. A sense of humor is a plus!
(a must, really) - Superior oral and written communication - Above
average interpersonal skills - Travel will be negligible with high
season during certain times of the year, but flexibility to do so
up to 20% of the time if needed Preferred, Skills and Experience: -
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.)
and design/creative skillset - Familiarity with marketing
automation tool software (we use Act-On) - Familiarity with CRM
