Job Description Construction Estimator – Drywall Contractor Dallas, TX A well-established and growing Drywall Contractor in Dallas is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, reputable company with a strong pipeline of commercial projects. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for drywall and framing scopes Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Perform quantity take-offs and material/labor analysis Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors Assist in bid proposals and ensure timely submissions Maintain updated cost databases and vendor relationships Requirements: Minimum 5 years of drywall estimating experience Strong background in commercial construction projects Proficiency with estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills Why Join Them?
