The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural drafting and a solid understanding of construction documents and construction practices. What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for residential and/or commercial projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to incorporate design changes. Revise drawings based on redlines, field conditions, and project requirements. Maintain drafting standards and ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and regulations. What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture (architectural drafting required) Strong understanding of building construction and drawing standards. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate with team members, advisors, and clients. Good communication and organizational skills. This role involves regular travel to job sites. A valid driver’s license is required. Experience with Revit is a plus, but not required. Work Schedule: Standard schedule: Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts), with occasional variations based on project needs. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience, education, and credentials.
