Job Description Job Description Sprinkler Construction Project Manager Sprinkler Construction Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our sprinkler installation projects in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sprinkler installation projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage change orders, financial reporting, and budget tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address any issues or challenges. Utilize project management software to maintain project documentation and reports. Ensure adherence to NFPA codes and standards during installation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management within the commercial construction industry. Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and relevant codes (e.g., NFPA). Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore and Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills with a focus on budgeting and financial reporting.
