Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Greet
customers in a professional and friendly manner. Explain available
services, promotions, and special offerings such as free vehicle
inspections. Create and manage service tickets in the system.
Coordinate repair schedules with technicians and provide status
updates to customers. Communicate clearly about costs, timelines,
and any additional work needed. Process customer payments and
handle necessary paperwork upon service completion. Maintain
accurate and organized service records. Assist in maintaining a
clean and welcoming front counter area. Ensure all customer
interactions reflect Southern Tire Mart’s service standards. Skills
/ Education / Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug
screen. Previous experience in sales, service writing, or customer
service preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/service
management systems. Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire
