Specialist | Dallas Are you a dependable, organized multitasker
with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Dispatch
Specialist to join our growing team! You’ll be the vital link
between our customers and field staff—helping ensure smooth
operations, timely service, and exceptional support. What You'll
Do: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone,
email, and live chat. Route service requests and inquiries to the
right field team member. Schedule appointments and coordinate
service calls efficiently. Manage a high volume of inbound
communications while staying organized. Maintain accurate records
of customer interactions and follow-ups. What You Bring: Prior
experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
(preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities—you stay calm and think on your
feet. Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills. Experience with
