For more information about Apexus, visit www.apexus.com. Summary: In this role, you will oversee the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program business. You will serve as a 340B knowledge expert and collaborate with customers and engage in customer focus groups. You will identify strategies to guide the program development and ensure the quality, relevancy and application of education offerings by staying abreast of best practices emerging in the marketplace and policy changes that may impact stakeholder implementation of the 340B Program. You will manage the resources that handle content integrity for the education programs and its corresponding competency exams, by identifying new content needs and leading the creation/maintenance of content to maintain the value propositions of the programs. Responsibilities:

• Manage staff that oversee production and content development activities and processes to ensure quality products in alignment with project scope, timelines and budget for all online education (Apexus and PVP).
• Collaborate with internal business partners regarding operation of the marketing and learning management system (LMS administration).
• Engage and work closely with customer focus groups to stay abreast of educational needs and serve as a 340B subject matter advisor.
• Provide guidance to the program strategy by leading the steering committee and maintaining professional relationships with other organizations to represent the Ops Cert Program.
• Evaluate voice of customer data across Apexus business units to inform strategic planning for the company as well as to identify education needs for the programs(s), including leading the education advisory council and working with consultant partners in content development.
• Provide direction to project team members from other departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of end product(s), customer experience, and Apexus objectives.
• Responsible for forecasting budget needs, tracking expenses, and negotiating external contracts to align with the budget for all online education programs for Apexus, including Ops Cert and PVP offerings.
• Manage other related job duties as assigned.
