Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

opportunity seeks a skilled bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) fluent in English and Spanish to provide essential services
within a school district in Mesquite, Texas. The position involves
working primarily with students in kindergarten through fifth
grade, supporting their communication needs as part of the
districts evaluation team. This contract role offers a hybrid work
schedule combining on-site presence with one remote day per week
dedicated to report writing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech
and language evaluations for K-5 students as part of the districts
evaluation team Provide direct intervention services to students
with communication disorders Collaborate with educators, families,
and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized student plans
Utilize district-provided resources including test kits,
technology, and communication tools Maintain accurate and timely
documentation and reports in compliance with district and state
guidelines Navigate and manage caseloads across multiple campus
locations in an itinerant capacity Attend regular meetings and
professional development opportunities as required Qualifications
and Experience: Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
Experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with
early childhood and elementary students Ability to work
independently and manage time efficiently in a hybrid work
environment Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
with students, families, and staff Location: Mesquite, Texas
(on-site at Student Support Center with one remote day weekly) This
contract role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours,
up to 30 hours per week, and access to district resources. If you
