Pay Range$87,300.00-$120,000.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. Johns Manville in Cleburne, TX is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Reliability Engineer. The Reliability Engineer has the overall responsibility for monitoring and improving reliability and performance of plant production and support equipment. This individual will champion the Asset Care and Reliability (AC&R) program, root cause analysis of failures, continuous improvement initiatives, and reliability related projects. This person is a key resource for the Plant Engineering Department. Your Day to Day:Coordinate the Asset Care and ReliabilityManage predictive maintenance program including Thermal Scanning, Ultrasonic, Tribology and Vibration monitoring to ensure compliance to established standards.Partner with Maintenance and Process Engineering to solve issues that affect machine uptime, scrap, and efficiency.Lead maintenance planning and process procedure improvements via reliability tools.Hands-on facilitation of RCCA events (root cause corrective action).Review Engineering specs and design modifications to process equipment for reliability capability.Provide "design for reliability" input to capital projects.Maintain and update the preventative maintenance standard operating proceduresSupport a 24/7 manufacturing facility What You Bring to the Team:BS in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)Minimum 2 years of maintenance, plant, or reliability engineering experienceProven history of continuous improvement accomplishments.Working knowledge of root cause analysis, predictive and preventive maintenance systems.Excellent communications, organizational, teamwork, and computer skillsDemonstrated ability to accomplish goals in team-based environment.Strong leadership skills that include a strong sense of ownership.Proven problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to take initiativeAutoCAD, SAPSix Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience would be a plus Benefits Johns Manville (JM) offers a wide range of benefits to employees.
