Location: Medical Center-ProsperDepartment:MaintenanceShift:Third Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:This position operates, maintains, and trouble shoots facility utility systems including dietary equipment, chilled water, hydronic loops, electrical distribution systems, vertical lift systems, medical gases, domestic water, and sewage systems.Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background.
• Three years of relevant Plant Operations and maintenance experience.
• Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience.
• Computer literate in a Windows environment.
• Knowledgeable in Building Management Systems preferred.
• Preference given to individuals with additional license or certification.
• High School graduation or equivalent required.Certification/Licensure:
  • EPA Certificate HVAC required within 6 months of hire.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • An additional State of Texas license preferred.
  • Acceptable licenses are Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Electrician, Maintenance License, such as a TACLA/TACLB.
