Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician - Dallas, Tx Up to mid $30s Job Description The maintenance technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food manufacturing lines and performing preventive maintenance. Responsibilities Keep food manufacturing lines operational. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment. Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust equipment. Essential Skills 3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment. Proficiency in mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance. Experience working with gearboxes and production equipment. Ability to use hand tools including wrenches and screwdrivers. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-4 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience in the food/beverage industry is a plus but not required. Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a team of 12 maintenance professionals in a plant with over 100 production workers. Steel-toed shoes are required. The schedule includes a 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. start time for the first shift and a 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. start time for the second shift, from Monday to Friday, with work on 2-3 Saturdays per month.
