electronic hardware for radar, missile, and combat systems. An
opportunity exists for a mechanical/manufacturing engineer to join
the SAW Factory team responsible for production of microelectronic
assemblies. This is a 2nd shift position, which includes an 8%
added pay differential Provide microelectronic hardware operations
engineering support to the SAW Module Microelectronics Assembly
Area, with a focus on process improvement, cycle time reduction,
defect prevention and the introduction of new hybrid electronic
modules to production. Individuals will be required to participate
in process improvement initiatives, establishment of process base
line metrics, and SPC implementation and process data analysis.
What You Will Do Translating engineering design requirements into
formal manufacturing process documentation Programming for
manufacturing automation Dispositioning of discrepant hardware
Leading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.
Participate in process improvement initiatives. Manufacturing
process development and maintenance Conducting safety / ergonomic
assessments Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math
(STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. 1 year
of experience in CAD for designing tooling, fixtures and 3D
fixturing. Qualifications We Prefer Knowledge of RF Microelectronic
products Experience with the manufacturing processes and transition
to production of new products and processes to support volume
manufacturing Experience with supporting a microelectronics
assembly production floor, (process and/or quality focus).
Experience with related military and industry standards and
specifications disposition non-conforming material with root cause
and corrective action analysis Experience supporting and
programming Wire and Ribbon bonding equipment. Experience
supporting and programming Die attach and Dispense equipment.
Working Knowledge of MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883 Strong
organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. Innovative mindset that drives continuous
improvement and keeps pace with advances in technology. Proven
written and oral communication skills, including presentation
skills. Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability
to work across disciplines. Adaptability to varying work

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as
they are essential to the development of our products. As part of

for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
